Oh yes, he CAN CHOOSE the player in general, but its a bit unfair... I wouldn't forbid selling that t-shirts, but I would try to force the company to play fair. In general, I don't like the music sales haggle at all :o) but this topic is too hot for me to embrace it all. In Norway - if they don't like iTunes behavior that much, this statement is the only solution to this causa.
